Dealing with infertility anxiety, depression, anger, sadness, loneliness, jealousy and any other heavy all-consuming emotion that comes along with infertility is hard.


The weight of it can really make you feel, unlike the fun-loving self you used to be. I know, because I dealt with all the BS for far to long during my journey to parenthood. Infertility depression and anxiety had a hold on me and I had to fight hard to find my way out of the dark!


On this Insta Chat, I talk about the ups and downs of becoming more mindful and all the tools I used to combat my anxiety and depression, survive infertility and become a more Mindful Me.
