HELLO, BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! Another Insta Chat for you about improving your gut health to help improve your chances of getting PREGNANT NATURALLY!

This is a very "cliff notes" chat about how and why gut health is SO important to your fertility and how it had an effect on all types of infertility issues.

After almost 6 years of unexplained infertility, I slowly started to understand that my body was one - it's all connected.

By putting my focus on my gut health, my fertility started to slowly improve and my chances of getting pregnant started to increase.

My infertility was 100% gut related.

Fu*cked up right!?!

It took almost 6 years for me to explain my unexplained infertility. #beyourownhero Because who’s looking at the gut when you're talking all things in-between the legs. But the fact of the matter is that your gut impacts our whole body and it’s powerful.

“The bacteria in your gut hold immense power over you—they can even influence how you respond to stress.“ #chriskresser 👨🏻‍⚕️

Stress is a major issue during infertility & any way to help me

“Just Relax” 😜

I’m in!! All joking aside. With clean eating & adding in some gut loving support (bone broth & sauerkraut) I saw improvements in all areas of my health.
