HELLO BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! Have you ever just felt so f*cking over dealing with infertility?

For me I know I felt this way about a dozen times, maybe even more. It was a long journey ;)-

There was a time that I was so done dealing with Infertility, I stopped talking about it. I was so sick of hearing my own voice - you know what I mean!?!

This "Insta Chat" was inspired by @theawkwardwaitingwomb - when you're feeling done and just don't feel like dealing with infertility, it's the perfect time to take a step back and reevaluate your how & whys.

6 years into my journey I got my first BFP, but unfortunately, I had my first miscarriage. After this, I changed my focus - that's how done I was dealing with infertility.

I talk about how changing my focus was so important for my mental health and how this quote:

Sometimes, inner change feels like fighting for decades to gain an inch. Sometimes it's so imperceptibly slow that it's impossible to measure until you're on the other side. And sometimes, the change isn't linear and it comes all at once and one day everything is just different. But for this to happen, you must believe it's possible.

Summed up my journey. It was hard making and sticking with all the changes I had to make to gain my fertility health back. HELL, still is. But it's worth it!
